Return and refund
If unfortunately you receive a damaged product we may be able to offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
No refunds for change of mind.
To be eligible, returns must be in original shipping (postage) material, your item must be unused, and include proof of purchase.
You, the purchaser, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping (postage) costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and use return to sender or COD postage, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
